IMC serves as the primary sponsor and governing body of the Interactive Media Awards, establishes the judging system and provides the judges for the competition.

A spokesperson for Mistreatment.com commented "We wanted to design a website that was holistic, interacting with clients and provided in depth, easy to locate information about the detail of often difficult to understand medical terminology and the complaints and medical negligence procedures that can arise. Winning the First Class category in Legal Websites means a great deal to us.

We realised we needed an evolutionary website which could advise on complaints protocols regarding NHS mistreatment. We remain proud to help those who have been affected by medical mistreatment and medical negligence by the NHS and providing support to those who need somebody to listen to them"
